YEARLY PRODUCTION CAPACITY

  • Hours worked: 180,000;
  • Volume produced: 50,000 tons;

  • Packaging 0.5 liter and 1 liter: 2,200,000 units;
  • Packaging 4 liters and 5 liter: 1,300,000 units;
  • Package from 20 to 25 liters: 1,500,000 units;

  • Road Tankers: 3,200 full loads;
  • 42,000 m2 of surface area subdivided into offices, production, warehouse, storage, loading and vehicle parking zones;
  • 4,000,000 kg. storage capacity subdivided into 105 tanks;
  • Dedicated management of each raw material to achieve products with pharmaceutical titers;
  • Production capacity 900,000 kg of specifically formulated product for each working shift;
  • 108 pumps with 26,000 meters of stainless steel pipelines distributing to 42 mixers with 250,000 kg capacity that serve the filling and raw material distribution lines;
  • Systematic testing and control of each production “batch”;
  • Totally computerized control room that can automatically program, manage and monitor the entire production cycle;
  • Software dedicated to the production process and to monitoring of the 850 automatically controlled valves;
  • Bottling flow for each working day: 5,200 twenty fiveliter cans, 800 two hundred liter drums and 170 one thousand liter cube drums of formulated product, even using customized packaging;
  • 15 loading ramps able to load 10 vehicles every 20 minutes.

WAREHOUSE STORAGE AND LOGISTICS

Chimica CBR is able to offer multiple palletizing systems, standard or customized. The labeling and traceability of products is guaranteed by our technicians with periodic updates CLP, ADR, EAN13, CODE128 and QRCODE. All customers and products, from start to finish are followed by our qualified personnel.
